Frequently asked questions

How does trial period work?

After registration you’ll receive free access to the system for 14 days (5 licences, Optimal plan). We’ll assist you with the configuration and we will get you up and running very quickly so that your system could process phone calls, e-mails, chat conversations and text messages.

Does the trial period tie me with you for longer?

No. You can use the system for free for 14 days After this time your licence will expire unless you want to stay with us :)

Will anyone help me to configure the system?

Yes. We will help you to configure the system, both during the trial period and afterwards. After the trial period our administrator will provide you with configuration training and will help you to set up the system in a way that would meet your business needs.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We treat data security very seriously. Our resources are stored on the servers of a world-class computing cloud called Oktawave. The application is updated all the time with the latest security patches, and your data is kept safe thanks to SSL cryptographic protocol used also by the banking industry.

How to do a payment after test period?

If our tool met your expectations during the trial period (we hope it did!), your account manager will raise a pro forma invoice for you. Payment options (bank transfer and credit card) are listed in the menu at the right top corner of the system. When you make a payment your licence will be automatically renewed.

What about payments?

On the first day of the month you’ll receive a pro forma invoice. If we receive the payment by the end of the month, the system will automatically renew your licence for the next month and send you a VAT invoice. Rinse and repeat, every month. Whenever a change occurs your account manager will help you out.
